Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date with a minimum of 2 blank pages. A valid tourist visa is mandatory (Singapore visa and Malaysia arrival card are included). Report at the airport at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure of your international flight. Standard hotel check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm booking, with the remaining balance due at least 15 days prior to departure. Cancellation charges prior to departure: • 121 to 900 days: 10% • 91 to 120 days: 15% • 61 to 90 days: 20% • 46 to 60 days: 30% • 31 to 45 days: 40% • 21 to 30 days: 50% • 11 to 20 days: 75% • 0 to 10 days: 100% Visa fees, airfare, travel insurance, and non-refundable services apply in addition.
