• At the time of booking: A 50% non-refundable booking amount is required to confirm the reservation. • 30 days prior to departure (D-30): The balance payment must be made. Note: At the time of final payment, the Rate of Exchange (ROE) will be calculated as XE.com + 2 on the outstanding amount.

• Up to 45 days before departure: A cancellation charge of INR 40,000 per adult/child is applicable. • Less than 30 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation charges apply.

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date with a minimum of 2 blank pages. A valid UK tourist visa is mandatory. We recommend carrying one check-in bag and one handbag per person due to train luggage restrictions.
